Job Description

  • Protect & grow the Productive Capacity of the Enterprise Segment
  • Bear responsibility for defining, defending, and promoting the culture within the Enterprise sales team
  • Drive development of leaders throughout the business through partnership with REV on programmatic execution of relevant enablement topics, personal collaboration with leaders 1:1 on time management, and in field alignment opportunities. 
  • Balance in-quarter execution while building opportunities to pivot the GTM 2-3 Qs in the future
  • Lead the AMS Enterprise Sales team - multiple front-line Regional Directors and second-line Regional Vice Presidents will report directly to you with potential for future levels of leadership. 
  • Drive results following the Zscaler leadership playbook of Recruit, Retain, Revenue
  • Build a GTM in the 2,000-8,000 employee segment that balances three outcomes: 1. Increase the percentage of revenue for Zscaler as a whole that originates in this segment, 2. Build a high velocity, new logo engine to continue to unlock new regions, and 3. Create a system of talent development for Reps to grow into more Sr. Rep roles & Leadership roles across Zscaler
  • Create the right mix of PG Programs, Partner Programs, and Development Programs to support our value-based selling Go-To-Market
  • Run meaningful 1x1s based on the Zscaler playbook of Leading Indicators and MEDDICC 
  • Engages with national partners, boutique partners, and service providers to build the right programs and interlocks to achieve maximum scale
  • Monitor and coach to Zscaler core values
  • Interact with Sales Operations to ensure forecast accuracy and SFDC hygiene
  • Identify training opportunities for team and ensures compliance

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to win by overachieving quota
  • Advanced emotional intelligence and mindfulness needed to win hearts & minds across the org
  • Knowledge of the Enterprise Market in the US
  • A minimum of 7+ years Management/Leadership experience in high-tech sales as well as creative history for developing salespeople, and 2+ years in a 2nd line leader function
  • Ability to lead from the front by driving Executive alignment on key transactions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mastery of pipeline generation and qualification concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast accurately
  • Prior experience at disruptive technology company leveraging a modern value-based / playbook based sales culture
  • Experience working with channel partners and understanding of a channel-centric go-to-market approach
  • Proficiency in Slack, Clari, SFDC, Tableau, Outreach.io, LinkedIn, and G-Suite applications
