In the Agency Partner Manager role, your mission is to develop and manage relationships with digital agencies that work with ecommerce brands, maintain a mutually beneficial partnership, and generate referrals and opportunities for our sales team.Â
As Agency Partner Manager, you will help manage existing agency partners, working with the partners and Tapcart stakeholders to meet our partnership goals and commitments. This is done by utilizing a variety of methods, including organizing and participating in co-marketing activities, providing sales enablement, generating inbound and outbound referrals, and more. You will also identify strategic agency partners, develop go-to-market plans with those partners, and execute these plans.
You will serve as the primary advocate for your partners within Tapcart – across functions such as Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing – helping to ensure Tapcart is delivering value back to the partner.
What you will be doing:
- Managing relationships with a portfolio of existing agency partners.
- Helping us evaluate potential new agency partners in alignment with our partnership strategy.
- Generating referrals and new business opportunities for our sales team.
- Supporting Tapcart’s sales and customer success teams to help leverage appropriate partners in sales cycles and to meet customer needs.
- Collaborating across Tapcart’s customer success, sales, marketing and product teams to drive increased Tapcart and agency partner opportunities.
- Identifying and supporting marketing opportunities for Tapcart with agency partners to increase awareness of Tapcart and generate opportunities for our sales team.
- Representing Tapcart in partners’ market-facing events and conferences, to educate ecommerce merchants about the benefits of launching a mobile app powered by Tapcart.
Who you are:
- You have business development experience
- You are ready for the challenge of growing and scaling our agency partner program
- You are collaborative and have had experience supporting and influencing colleagues on cross-functional teams
- You are adept at influencing and relationship-building with partners – identifying what they value, how they grow, and how Tapcart can help
- You have channel, sales, or account management experience
- You are self-directed, organized, and driven to succeed
- You are thoughtful, engaging, and energetic
