RollWorks, a division of NextRoll, is looking for a motivated Partner Manager to implement our growth strategy in our Partnership Team. You will join our small but skilled team responsible for maintaining the relationships and strategies of RollWorks’ partnerships, which are a core component of future growth for the company.
Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, you will act as the primary advocate for your partners within RollWorks – across functions such as Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing – helping to ensure RollWorks is a valued and trusted partner for our agency ecosystem.
This role is open in our San Francisco or New York offices, or Remote.

The impact you’ll make:
- Seamlessly manage assigned and new agency partnerships and develop a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact and grow these partnerships.
- Forecast, monitor, and report on the partnerships, and drive projects that lead to mutually agreed business objectives.
- Evaluate potential new agency partners in alignment with our partnership strategy.
- Support and align with internal teams, such as Marketing to improve brand awareness; Sales to generate referrals and new business; Customer Success to improve customer satisfaction and product engagement.
- Identify customer use cases & best practices, potential case studies, and activities that drive inbound interest in both agency partners and RollWorks.
Skills you’ll bring:
- 3-5 years of successful channel sales/agency business development/partnerships experience, preferably with exposure to Ad-Tech, Mar-Tech or ABM (Account Based Marketing)
- Demonstrated success in a partnership facing role
- Proven ability to support cross functional relationships with various partner teams in a dynamic environment and to build meaningful relationships that help drive business results.
- Strong understanding of the Ad-Tech and B2B Mar-Tech space, SaaS experience a plus
- Deep understanding of a referral model and indirect demand generation via agencies
- Ability to travel as needed (or virtually) meet partners, attend partner events etc.
