Sales Administrator

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sales Administrator to support our Senior Sales Leaders in driving sales excellence and achieving business goals. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have some experience with Salesforce, reporting, and sales ops administration, along with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

 

Responsibilities:

1.    Provide high-level administrative support to Senior Sales Leaders, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging travel, expense management and organizing meetings and events.

2.    Act as a liaison between the Senior Sales Leader and internal/external stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely dissemination of information. Assist in drafting and reviewing sales-related communications, presentations, and proposals.

3.    Maintain confidential files and records, including sales data, client information, and contracts. Organize and retrieve documents as needed.

4.    Assist with sales operations related activities, such as generating reports and creating presentations. Coordinate with the sales teams and operations to gather necessary information and deliverables.

5.    Support sales leaders in managing and coordinating various projects, including tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Assist in research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.

 

Requirements:

1.      Prior experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role supporting senior sales leaders is preferred. Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems is desirable.

2.      Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

3.      Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

4.      Self-motivated and proactive approach to work. Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and offer solutions to challenges.

5.      Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

6.      Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Ability to quickly learn new tools and software.

Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be $85,000.
