Job Summary

The Account Specialist role's main objective is ensuring the Pod(s) has everything plan-related that is necessary to provide the best member experiences possible. This role provides support to the reseller Client Engagement Group (CEG) by working with the Client Executive (CE) and Client Manager (CM) to ensure internal account management systems are current and accurate, supporting efficient and smooth onboardings, renewals, and day-to-day operations, ensuring member and client satisfaction and retention of Quantum's book of business. The Account Specialist has primary responsibility for day to day data collection and entry of data into various system applications, e.g. SalesForce, Account Admin, etc. and provide support for Onboarding, QBase, the Client Executive, and Client Manager.

Essential Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities

New Business & Renewals/Day-to-Day - Obtaining, posting and updating documents and data internal systems e.g. SalesForce, QBase, Account Admin, Workzone, etc. Clarify benefit, plan intent, vendor, etc., information. Own and manage Outlook renewal inbox.

20%

Attend and actively participate in internal and external meetings such as Status Update Meetings, etc.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Current PSR/Team Lead or equivalent at Quantum Health.
  • Experience/familiarity working with Excel, Word, PDFs.
  • Experience with QH systems i.e. Account Admin, Workzone, QBase.
  • SalesForce experience preferred.
  • Perseverance, persistence, and determination in working with outside vendors and internal partners.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work and juggle multiple responsibilities, making decisions that are well thought out in order to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function as a team member with the working group and to interact professionally with other entities both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work independently and self-directed with limited need for day to day supervision.
  • Travel to partners may be required (~5% of time).
  • Protect and take care of our company and member's data every day by committing to work within our company ethics and policies.
