We are currently seeking an Account Relationship Manager to work in Birmingham, Alabama. This position will be responsible for providing solutions to McLeod Software customers pertaining to McLeod Software's product and service offerings. The successful candidate will utilize a consultative approach to account management, providing the highest level of customer support and satisfaction to McLeod Software customers.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years' experience providing technical support to end users (hardware and software support).
• Knowledge of business accounting principles preferred.
• Experience with one or more of the following DBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2)
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a collaborative team
• Excellent analysis and assessment of business needs and cross-system impacts
• Working knowledge of the transportation industry preferred. 
• BS/BA Degree preferred.
