About the Position

Do you want to work at a high-growth company where your impact is seen and rewarded? Are you looking for the autonomy to do your best work? We are seeking an Account Manager to own the ongoing relationship between Rev and our existing clients. This new role is part of the larger sales organization and partners closely with our Account Executive, Customer Success, and Product teams to identify new opportunities with existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the upsell and renewal process for our contracted clients
  • Hosting regular business reviews with clients, ensuring we align and grow our offering to suit the ever-changing business needs of our clients
  • Assisting with the creation of repeatable, scalable, account management processes
  • Working closely with our Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Product teams, to consistently better the client experience

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of closing experience, selling SaaS (subscription-based selling is a huge plus)
  • 2+ years’ experience in a role measured on upsell and renewal targets
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Successful history of negotiating complex client relationships
  • Strong desire to help build something from the ground up
