Summary of Responsibilities:
Duties: An Account Manager at Xactware is responsible for developing add-on sales revenue, servicing existing accounts, and cultivating strong customer relationships. In this professional key position, the Account Manager will be involved in all phases of the Account Management process from the initial contact of the client after the implementation of products and services. The Account Manager will also work with internal groups and project managers to help coordinate the overall product offering and service for customers and potential customers.
- Cultivates existing accounts for relationship and revenue development.
- Demonstrates the functionality and benefits of multiple software and web-based products.
- Available to travel as needed in the U.S.
- Works closely with Senior Management, product development, and training teams.
- Works effectively with minimal supervision.

Anticipated base salary is $65,000, depending on candidate experience and qualifications.
**We are open to hiring 100% remotely for this position. However, please note that we can only consider this for candidates based in U.S. locations.Qualifications
- BA/BS in business or communications related field preferred; or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a software environment or other directly related experience a plus.
- Possesses strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excels at problem solving and professional presentations, including presentations in front of large groups.
- Excellent organizational and meeting skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills including relationship building, responsiveness to emails, and voicemail communications, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Dynamic, team player with a track record of success.
