Account Manager
About the Role
Account Managers work with an assigned book of business to build a cross-sell pipeline, drive adoption, conduct customer needs analysis, deepen customer relationships, provide product demonstrations and win more business.
Success in this role requires the ability to have holistic conversations with customers simultaneously meeting revenue targets and exceeding customer expectations. Driving adoption, providing quality service, identifying new cross-sell opportunities, retention initiatives are the many different types of work that need to be balanced each day.
Your Area of Focus
- Manage, develop, and maintain a portfolio of customer accounts
- Perform multiple sales activities to drive Net Revenue Retention
- Conduct presentations to demonstrate value, drive adoption and cross-sells
- Negotiate renewals and close customers on long term commitments
- Master the Tebra value proposition and sales process to close deals and exceed quota every month
- Liaise with the Customer Success department to ensure that customer needs are met
- Execute on targeted outbound campaigns to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Accurately track and record customer communications in Salesforce
- Thrive in a busy work environment with a high volume of tasks
Your Professional Qualifications
- Domain experience in either healthcare, technology, or both (preferred, but not required)
- Successful experience selling a SaaS product to multiple stakeholders and business partners
- Confident and friendly phone and virtual meeting presence
- Passion for customer success and sharing the Tebra platform
- Consultative and complex sales process experience
- Experience navigating multiple gatekeepers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to persuade, present and problem solve throughout the day
- Comfort with all things technical, especially Salesforce and Microsoft Office products

Remote Pay Range
$60,000—$90,000 USD
