We’re seeking a CoinFlip Trade Desk Account Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations of the trade desk by assisting clients in executing trades via Bank Wire and ACH transfers as well as to develop relationships with prospective clients, onboard new clientele, and maintain client relations through call, text and email communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Field prospective/current client’s inbound calls, texts and emails & make outbound efforts to further assist clientele & promote our services
  • Utilize company compliance policies and standard operating procedure documents to accurately and effectively complete tasks. Partner with compliance to identify and report suspicious activity via internal SAR tickets
  • Develop & Maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Educate clients on the basics: wallets (walkthroughs), Bitcoin and other crypto offerings
  •  Track individual progress on a quarterly basis
  • Call Quality
  • Approved Registration Ratio
  • Approved to Trading Ratio
  • Average Trades Per Client 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service / client relations required
  • Basic Crypto Knowledge Preferred Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Understanding of risk controls, policies, and procedures. Creative and Analytical thinking Ability to work with all levels of management
  • Computer proficiency 
  • Flexibility with working hours
