We are hiring an Account Manager in our financial services practice. This role is to be part of a global team that supports our client engagements across multiple geographies. We are looking for self-starters who enjoy working with people yet can think tactically about how best to support our clients. You have a passion for solving problems, improving operational processes, and working on client pitches. You will partner with the account directors, and support them with various aspects of the job, including contractual, governance, and client interactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to account team with business reviews, client research, governance reporting, and business process inquiries
  • Work on pre-sales activities and proposal generation
  • Support the commercial process, ensuring that engagements deliver to profit targets by creating P&L models, and analyzing and providing insights into ongoing account profitability
  • Support the contract management and financial processes, ensuring they are being completed timely and accurately
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Legal, Finance, etc.) to establish and improve processes
  • Project manage key initiatives, working with relevant stakeholders to define success, drive execution, measure progress
  • Support Operations Team in building dashboards and processes to enable our teams to better understand business performance, progress towards our goals and areas of improvement
  • Research current and emerging trends within the financial services and professional services industries


REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years+ of demonstrated track record of developing and growing client relationships and/or working in an operational role driving process improvements
  • Self-starter, analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Interest to learn about the Financial Services industry and the platforms, business models, subject matter, and trends related to it
  • Interest in Technology and strong desire to learn about Software Development process and Digital Transformation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with good planning and coordination
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office, more specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with PowerBI - nice to have
