Account Manager, Creator Partnerships 

Retrieve is a venture-backed SaaS company, funded by the global venture capital firm NEA. Our mission is to empower Creators to produce guides allowing them to monetize their content via a new revenue stream. With over 10 years of technology development experience delivering knowledge apps, Retrieve has helped Creators build an audience specific database of monetizable content.

The Account Manager, Creator Partnerships Manager will be responsible for cultivating relationships with talent post guide launch. You will work to ensure that Creators using the Retrieve technology find success with their content product goals while following our best in class playbook. In this role you will also work with the Creator Success Team to re engage talent to create additional products for monetization. We aim to deliver a best-in-class experience for every single Creator, at every touch point. 

What you will do:

  • Retain and grow Creator accounts within Retrieve by fostering relationships 
  • Constantly create ways to improve the overall creator experience with a lens on creator growth, monetization and product/feature experience
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to roll out new products and features
  • Work to achieve clear business objectives

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven account/partner management experience in SaaS or with Creators 
  • Proven ability to foster meaningful relationships with clients by providing best in class customer services 
  • Superb project management skills & extreme attention to detail
  • A self-starter, with the ability to work independently when necessary 
  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal with Creators and internal teams 
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset. You will be a true team player and know what it means to both strive for your individual contribution while continuing to support your colleagues
  • Entrenched in the digital/social media landscape
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration or a related field
