Position Overview

The Account Management Team within the Mission Driven Organization (MDO) Business Unit (BU) of Diligent is looking for an Account Management Operations member to assist with business related needs among our 7,000+ clients. We are growing at more then 1,000 clients per year and need support for their business-related needs. Our goals are to maintain high renewal rates (< 95%) and to gracefully engage with our clients to ensure maximum value of their MDO products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract changes across the MDO client base (4 different brands: BoardEffect, ICompass, BoardDocs, Community)
  • Create renewal quotes / support accounts receivable process
  • Keep SFDC up to date with business level data (billing contacts, required PO's, etc)
  • Help support the price increase process - both notices to and responses from clients
  • Process cancellations for BoardEffect
  • Help manager general account management request queue

Required Experience/Skills:
  • Detailed orientated
  • Well organized with a project management mind set
  • Basic background in business / contracts
  • People skills - able to reach out to and work with clients
  • Negotiation skills - able to manage down-sells / cancellations
  • Creative / Resourceful - think outside the box to create efficiencies in process
