About this Role:

We're looking for a results-driven Account Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide strategic, scalable solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales quota within assigned vertical and channel
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales quota and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of account

  • 3+ years' experience in sales with proven experience, meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Producing cost-benefit analyses to potential customers
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Prior experience with customer relationship management software such as Salesforce
  • Confident and comfortable with ambiguity that stems from a hyper-growth environment
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

  • Familiarity with the ecommerce industry - billing software, payment processing, ecommerce platforms, fulfillment, etc.
  • A deep understanding of running an ecommerce business
