MISSION

Deliver a best in class customer experience that results in achieving revenue objectives. This is an early career sales position that is exclusively inbound, but requires a significant amount of project management work. The AE role is the tip of the spear and responsible for new customer acquisition growth and customer delight, measured by technology adoption and NPS score. By providing a world class customer experience we retain these new customers and they come back again and again.

SwagUp is looking for a high output, ambitious, and technically competent Account Executive to join our team. This is an early career sales position that will be the first step to a successful career path and entry way into a company that is building something special. This is an opportunity to get in the door, put in the time, develop new skills and use it as a launch pad for rapid career development. As an Account Executive, you will serve as the first touchpoint for clients when being introduced to the company, our swag products and our technology. We have a business model that is proven and tested. We’re now looking to accelerate our growth and dominate the market. If this sounds exciting to you we should talk.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver a world class customer experience to our customers
  • Become a resident expert on our products, services and technology.
  • Partner with Project Coordinators to quickly move projects through the pipeline and close new business
  • Quickly build trust and cultivate new relationships with our clients
  • Hit a monthly revenue target composed of leads assigned to you from our dedicated BDR team
  • Coach customers on how to place and manager their orders using the SwagUp Dashboard
  • Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline via Salesforce
  • Manage and document sales activity to drive business growth along with process improvements

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience, in high velocity, high transaction environments
  • Experience using Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
  • Ability to build quick rapport with customers
  • Can work simultaneously on multiple projects
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Relentless hustle and dedication to serve the interest of our customers. 
  • Strong listening skills with and high EQ
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative environment where everyone pitches in
