We’re looking for an Account Executive on ezCater’s Pull Through team whose primary role will be to expand Strategic brand partnerships by increasing franchisee adoption of the ezCater Marketplace.

You will:

  • Effectively communicate brand wide partnerships to franchisee owners for ezCater’s strategic brands.
  • Work alongside ezCater’s strategic sales team to grow enterprise brands’ Marketplace adoption through franchisee engagement and enrollment.
  • Own the onboarding process for franchised locations by gathering account information and optimizing account details such as delivery and menu to drive revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Strategic Accounts, Partner Operations, Marketing, and Menus teams to ensure new franchised partners are supported and set up for success.
  • Become a power user of Freedom (ezCater’s internal database) and serve as a resource for both internal and cross-team training
  • Utilize key tools/systems (like HubSpot, Excel, and Freedom) to put sales process puzzle pieces together.
  • Manage a full cycle deal pipeline and prioritize high value engagement in line with team mission.
  • Maintain internal and external reporting functions in an effort to streamline team productivity and caterer communication.
  • Report directly to the Pull Through Team Lead.

You'll have:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing sales environment to best serve our customers.
  • Look to data while making decisions, supporting arguments, and identifying trends.
  • Uncover problem areas without direction, and rely on creative solutions.
  • See the forest through the trees (you recognize the big picture in repetitive, focused tasks).Are comfortable collaborating with and presenting to full teams and management.
  • Self-motivated, “own it and figure it out” mentality.

Salary Range: $45,000-$65,000
