Tonic is expanding our sales team to take us to the next level of growth. This is a unique opportunity to get onboard an early stage startup with fast-growing revenue and a slew of leading investors. In this role, you will be networking and creating relationships with technology leaders (up to the CXO and VP levels) at many of the largest companies around the world. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Source, nurture and qualify new leads - and close new logos (We offer uncapped commission!)
  • Deliver killer product demos and presentations
  • Build long-standing relationships with high-potential customers
  • Work closely with the team to shape the product roadmap from customer input
  • Develop and implement sales processes and machinery that can scale up as the sales team grows

What You’ll Bring: 

  • 1-5 years of SaaS Account Executive experience ($50-250k ACV)
  • Experience selling technical products in DevTools, DevOps, Security, and similar markets
  • Confidence selling to leadership in to software QA, engineering, security, or similar technical VP/C level decision makers
  • CRM proficiency (preferably with Salesforce or Hubspot)
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, and demonstrable confidence with technical topics
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly, work hard, and achieve the goals set by the team
  • Teammate mentality, easy to work with, creative and quick on-the-spot thinking
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a get-stuff-done attitude

What does your typical day look like?

My day has a lot of heads down focus time for me to work on planning and coding. My team and I meet to see how everyone’s doing and work through particularly tricky issues together. I also have a lot of back and forth with our pilot customers as the product I’m working on is much newer and we’re iterating over what makes sense for people to use.
