After quadrupling our revenue in the past 12 months, Tonic is expanding our sales team to take us to the next level of growth. A changing regulatory environment and customer sentiment have materially increased the need for Tonic’s SaaS products, making this is a very unique opportunity to get onboard an early stage startup with fast growing revenues, a slew of leading investors (including 10+ CISOs from leading global tech companies), and be an early part a sales team that is consistently exceeding quota. 

In this role, you will be networking and creating relationships with technology leaders (up to the CXO and VP levels) at many of the largest companies around the world. Furthermore, you will help shape Tonic’s sales team from the ground up as one of the foundational members of our Sales Team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source, nurture and qualify new leads - and close new logos (We offer uncapped commission!)
  • Build long-standing relationships with high-potential customers
  • Work closely with the team to shape the product roadmap from customer input
  • Develop and implement sales processes and machinery that can scale up as the sales team grows

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a closing role, selling to Fortune 1000 companies
  • Experience selling enterprise technical products in DevTools, DevOps, Security, Data Management, and similar markets
  • Confidence selling to software QA, engineering, security, or similar technical VP/C-level decision makers
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, and demonstrable confidence with technical topics
  • Grit - passion and perseverance

  • Confident, yet humble
