Alto is looking for a self-motivated, highly driven Account Executive to support our fast-growing B2B presence in the market, helping to empower our clients by offering an elevated experience for their customers and stakeholders. Reporting to our General Manager, with a dotted line to our Director of Business Development, and partnering closely with Operations, Marketing, and Technology, the ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter with a strong confidence and understanding of sales.

This person will be responsible for owning their market’s B2B pipeline and revenue targets. They will work with the Director of Business Development on a sales strategy with the objective of driving business volume in rides and deliveries specific to their market. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment because of their growth mindset, ability to problem-solve, and build strategy based on metrics.

What you'll do:

  • Identify key business prospects and generate a targeted lead list, and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and onboarding
  • Build strong relationships with prospective business customers, and maintain relationships with existing customers with the goals of retaining and identifying additional business opportunities
  • Educate prospects and customers on Alto’s business and enterprise solutions
  • Develop well-qualified opportunities to fill the biz dev sales funnel with detailed summaries of qualified leads for head of biz dev to understand customers’ business pain, stakeholders, decision process, and motivation
  • Act as the “eyes and ears” of Alto in the business arena, maintaining awareness of and communicating updates related to local market context; competitive activity; and other updates with potential or actualized impacts to Alto’s business.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to build collateral and assets and collaborate with engineering and customer experience teams to evolve Alto’s solutions for our B2B customers

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 or more years of customer-facing B2B or B2C sales experience
  • Highly collaborative, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong intellectual curiosity
  • Sharp critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Results-driven, operates well under pressure, and fearless in creating relationships with new potential customers
