The Account Executive is supported by a team of driven Onboarding Specialists, Account Managers, and Operations teams to generate and grow revenue within assigned territories. You will be responsible for market launches, new client acquisition, and nurturing current partner relationships within your assigned accounts. This position is based out of our brand new Baltimore office so you can experience our inclusive and transparent culture daily. We collaborate best and thrive on having our sales teams being in the office throughout the week.
You will…
- Meet or exceed your assigned quota by driving prospects through a full sales cycle (prospecting→close) in assigned markets
- Build a strong sales pipeline documenting all activity and pipeline updates in Salesforce
- Work closely with assigned Sales Development Representatives when applicable
- Conduct prospect meetings and presentations over Zoom
- Provide thorough handoffs to the account management team for all new clients
- Become an expert at evangelizing connectRN’s value proposition, the personas of our customers, and leveraging multiple client stakeholders to win the deal
- Develop and execute individual sales plans to ensure key monthly targets are met
- Drive key KPIs set forth by leadership
- Come onsite to the Baltimore office 3 days a week (Tuesday – Thursday)
You have…
- A couple years of corporate, client-facing sales experience as a full-cycle seller
- [preferably] experience in healthcare, SaaS and/or staffing industries
- Working knowledge of SalesForce.com
- Working knowledge of other tech systems (call intelligence, prospect engagement platforms, contract management systems, etc.)
- Strong presentation and communication skills (both in person and on the phone)
- Prior experience with demand generation and relationship management
- A hungry, driven, goal oriented personality
