Account Executive

As the Account Executive for Mid-Market, you will build and develop relationships with potential customers while generating new business. As part of Center’s growing Sales team, you will be actively involved in developing account strategies alongside the leadership team, and you will work with Marketing on an integrated approach to lead nurturing and pipeline management. You will also have direct influence in the development of the sales playbook.
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of the product suite and target customer personas.
- Work with Marketing to identify and prioritize sales opportunities within the mid-market.
- Develop account specific strategies that engage prospects and help them understand the value of Center’s solutions for their business needs.
- Deliver engaging product demos.
- Work in both an inside and outside sales model, with email and phone outreach and travel to prospect accounts as needed.
- Negotiate business terms with potential customers.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- College degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of mid-market B2B sales
- Proven experience selling financial software and/or financial services
- Experience prospecting accounts and managing pipeline to maximize revenue
- Proven ability to exceed quota and revenue goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools. Preferably Salesforce
- An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to well in a team environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Office suite of software
- Able to multi-task and effectively manage competing priorities
- Ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization in a geo-dispersed and often virtual environment
- Ability to travel as needed

The Account Executive, Mid-Market pay transparency OTE range is $135k-$195k annually and the equity value of option grants is $15k-$22k.
