Codelitt is growing rapidly and building our sales team.
As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for the growth of select existing accounts and new logos. You’ll also work closely with your peers to improve the entire sales process and with our Head of Sales and corresponding departments like Marketing, Engineering, and Design.
As the sales team is still in high growth mode, roles and responsibilities will change often in this fast-paced environment.
What you´ll do:
- You own the full sales funnel for targeted accounts globally
- You are responsible for driving the pipeline amongst your account list
- You conduct initial discovery meetings with possible clients to find out their needs and provide information about our service, and the ecosystem in general
- You conduct qualification meetings with clients and follow the Codelitt Sales Process
- You work closely together with the marketing, PM, and engineering teams to share your insights
- You work closely with our partners and exchange relevant information with them
- You keep CRM and other reports up to date
- You participate in weekly pipeline calls, quarterly business reviews, and other forecasting meetings
Who you are?
- You have sales experience in a technical company - technical services company preferred
- “Getting things done” is an important part of your job. Following structured workflows to manage our growth is just as important.
- You’re fluent in English.
- We (and our customers) are currently mostly distributed around the US (around CST/EST), thus your main timezone should be somewhere between +/-2 of ET to ensure best communication
- You are willing to work from 9-5 EST, Monday through Friday
