Mercer Digital is seeking a highly motivated individual for an Account Executive role in the US East region. This is a highly visible position within Mercer that interfaces with our executive teams as well as the C-suite within our prospects and customers. In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for increasing sales of our Workday implementation services within a given region/territory/vertical
  • Align with Workday Account Executives to effectively communicate Mercer's unique sales strategy methodology, differentiate Mercer's offering from competitors, and identify all opportunities where Mercer is be best positioned to engage and win new business
  • Partner with internal Client Managers, Relationship Managers, Sales Professionals, and consulting staff on new leads in order to turn these leads into qualified opportunities in which you will drive sales and pre-sales activities
  • Work with clients on HCM and Financials implementation strategies including project delivery strategy, implementation support, and managed support solutions
  • Responsible for demonstrating relevant thought leadership, overall strategic direction, and to achieve sales and practice profitability targets
  • Have the opportunity to cross-sell with our traditional consulting services and solutions



Requirements

  • 2 to 4+ years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Human Capital Management (HCM) applications
  • Consulting leadership experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Infor/Lawson, Ceridian, UltiPro, ADP or similar.
  • Ability to articulate a broader value proposition that includes the full scope of Workday, HR Transformation, Change Management and other advanced services and/or technologies
  • Ability to work within a matrix environment working across lines of business, Clients Managers and key Consultants
  • Experience working with the various phases of an implementation lifecycle and knowledge of implementation methodology
  • Experience consulting with clients on implementation strategy
  • Experience presenting software and/or services solutions in front of technical and business audiences
  • Ability to build strong relationships within the prospective organization inclusive of identifying and cultivating a strong coach within the account
  • Experience in driving strategic sales strategies designed for the C-suite level
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills are essential
