Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams



Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in account management within an online advertising agency and driving business
  • Experience working towards strategic business goals and establishing relationships and presence within the entertainment, auto, or quick service restaurant industry
  • Experience working with inbound and outbound prospects and experience working with agencies
  • Experience in sales and understanding how to manage a sales pipeline
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others for the greater benefit of the team
  • Ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally

As an Account Executive, you will be developing agency relationships, working with agreements, and ensuring that we are always working to put solutions in front of our clients.

Waze's sales team is the link that connects drivers with businesses both big and small. With millions of drivers using Waze, you have access to a platform that can aid businesses in reaching thousands of potential local customers on their mobile devices. We are looking for individuals who are familiar with the world of advertising and who are self starters, team players and ready to be part of a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of agency business for our Waze Small- and Medium-sized Business (SMB) team
  • Build excellent relationships with our agency partners
  • Grow and develop a sales pipeline and drive business growth for Waze ads
  • Work very closely with the account manager to insure that a campaign launches without issue
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to make sure you have the proper resources to succeed
