YOUR MISSION

REMOTE- Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Chicago, Dallas, Austin or Houston

  • Manage Select and key account business goals through strategic planning, sales objectives, inventory management, progress reporting, and robust analysis of market intel and sell-thru.
  • Grow Select and key account business by expansion of doors and seasonal sku count within existing account base year over year, by assertively and creatively pursuing and landing new accounts.
  • Provide the highest level of best-in-class service, technical expertise, and support each season from sell-in, to sell-thru and replenishment.
  • Demonstrate sales presentation excellence through strategic assortment curation, planning, analysis, and the use of visuals and marketing collateral.
  • Identify opportunities and creative solutions to balance inventory position, expand the PUMA narrative and achieve growth and profitability within the channel.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of account management, both internally and externally.
  • Achieve sales goals by quarter and by category to achieve annual deliverables, as defined by Puma Select National Sales Manager.
  • Deliver timely forecasts, weekly reports, sell-thru analyses, and all orders to appropriate parties, respectively, by deadline.
  • Prepare and submit marketing strategy and support proposal for seasonal program initiatives for key accounts.
  • Work cross-functionally to contribute, support and collaborate on approved Account Marketing Plans.
  • Establish reliability and accountability.
  • Adhere to compliance of distribution guidelines within territory and by account.



YOUR TALENT

  • 3-5 Years' experience in Footwear and Apparel wholesale sales or relevant experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, tenacity, and resourcefulness.
  • Working knowledge of the US Specialty Boutique and Premium Sneaker Store retail market.
  • Ability to effectively manage time to meet business deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of retail sales practices, wholesale production timelines and key calendar sell-in and sell-out periods.
  • Robust analytical acumen, knowledge of retail math & order book management.
  • Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and make recommendations on potential solutions.
  • Facilitate open, effective communication, both written and orally.
  • Possess technical product knowledge and the ability to foster a deeper understanding and education.
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint, and general business orientation and presentation.
  • Ability to present compelling product category showcase and plans using PowerPoint and spreadsheet software tools.
  • Domestic and International travel may be required
