About the Role
Particle Health seeks an energetic Sales Account Executive to own the end-to-end sales cycle, including pipeline development/management, pitching, and building partnerships. The Sales AE serves as the main customer point-of-contact from initial conversation through contracting. They'll successfully understand market dynamics, customer needs, and Particle Health's API in order to offer ideal solutions to prospects.
Areas of Responsibility
- Effectively Communicate Particle Health’s vision and offerings to the market
- Execute on the growth plan by independently developing prospects within an expansive territory
- Identify appropriate solutions for prospects
- Manage an active pipeline by driving the sales process from internal leads to qualifying new prospects and managing deals through contracting to closure.
- Establish strong, trusting relationships with prospects
- Work cross-functionally, particularly with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to achieve the common goal of bringing focused and prioritized feedback from the field to help shape strategy and business practices
- Consistently meet or exceed aggressive sales quotas

QualificationsRequired
- 5+ years of Enterprise Sales experience and a track record of personally selling and closing complex technical solutions to enterprises in excess of $100K.
- 3+ years business development experience, ideally within a startup environment
- Experience selling to a technical and business audience, building trust and mutual respect with technical customers and peers.
- Demonstrated success by exceeding quota on a consistent basis.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with and selling APIs
- Experience working with and selling to digital health companies and health systems
- Working knowledge of value-based healthcare contracting
