About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced AE to join our team and help drive sales of our GPS tracking + IoT solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, as well as growing relationships with existing customers.

You’ll be joining the department at the ground floor, which means there will be abundant opportunity to help shape our processes, learn new skills, tackle emerging challenges, and grow professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • This role includes responsibility for new logo sales to potential clients
  • This role does not include responsibility for renewals to existing clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective sales campaigns
  • Collaborate with the product team to understand and communicate the value proposition of our software to potential customers
  • Understand the needs and pain points of potential customers and position our software as a solution
  • Successfully build and manage a full pipeline of prospects
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales
  • You are a highly motivated self-starter who prides themselves on having a hustle mindset
  • You are a self-described people-person
  • Strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • You believe in the power of process adherence + time management skills to deliver consistent, high-quality results
  • You are a problem-solver at heart—you seek to understand others’ problems and identify the best possible solutions to improve their day-to-day experience in the workplace
  • Desire coaching, mentoring, and regular improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrives working in a fast paced, dynamic remote work environment
