About You
The Account Executive position at Turn is a true startup sales role. The ideal AE is a passionate, self-motivated, and collaborative individual that will help scale Turn's worker screening platform to new partners across 20+ on-demand labor verticals. In true sales fashion, this is a full-cycle, SaaS sales opportunity responsible for lead generation and prospecting, 1-on-1 and group product demonstrations, facilitating prospect testing, and closing.
Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned leads generated from the Sales Development Team, and manage outbound prospecting to supplement your pipeline with qualified sales opportunities
  • Identify and unlock new labor verticals
  • Learn and demonstrate the Turn platform to new prospective customers
  • Identify areas for improvement in each client's business process, and communicate solutions based on Turns products, customer success stories, and value proposition
  • Lead sales initiatives including lunch & learns, webinars, and improving the sales process
  • CRM & Pipeline Management (Hubspot CRM)
  • Adhere to weekly KPIs to track progress to quarterly and yearly goals
  • Excel in a rapid growth and metrics-based sales environment


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years, individual quota-carrying sales experience in a SaaS position
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience performing software product demonstrations
  • Experience digital selling (Linked In, email, social, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable
  • Prior experience working at a high growth start-up is a plus
  • General knowledge of software applications like Hubspot CRM, Linkedin Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Calendly

This role can be remote (anywhere in the continental United States) but Chicago, IL is preferred as the company operates under the Central Time Zone (CST).
