In this role you will be working directly with owners of investment properties and closing them on the benefits of using Great Jones property management services.

What You Will Do:

  • Engage with real estate investors, build rapport, understand their goals and pain points, and preach the benefits of our full-service property management capabilities.
  • Forge deep relationships with our highest-value clients and win repeat business with them.
  • Manage a steady stream of inbound leads, ensuring we connect with all leads as quickly as humanly possible (during business hours!).
  • Leverage your down time to ideate and execute on new outbound strategies that reach our target customer.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to marketing, customer success, and other cross functional teams evangelizing the needs of the customer.
  • This is a full sales cycle role, from first contact to contract executed and through up-sell.

What You Bring With You:

  • Real Estate license mandatory
  • Experience in an inside sales role preferred but not required
  • Experience in investment real estate is preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate confidently and can immediately engender trust.
  • Intellectually curious and can quickly learn to “speak like an expert” on varying topics.
  • Emotionally intelligent and can read social cues. Comedic timing and a “fun to talk to” energy always helps. 
  • Fiercely competitive and driven to win but also kind and like to have fun!
