Please review the following job description:
Provide high level expertise, technical detail and production back up to producers on assigned accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive client service plan for all assigned accounts that address their business needs and risk management goals.
2. Coordinate internal/external activities to assure that both new and renewal accounts are handled in a timely accurate and professional manner.
3. Develop and maintain knowledge of the business marketplace, its products and services and develop productive business relationships.
4. Broker and negotiate effective programs for the client.
5. Communicate with producers, clients and service team members to assure that assigned accounts are managed in a highly professional manner.
Required Skills and Competencies:

1. Maintain Insurance License.
2. Enroll in and complete CE classes each year.
3. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
4. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
5. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
