Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle sales processes, from sourcing an opportunity to close, while presenting VidMob’s value based on the customer’s needs.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for your territory and create reliable forecasts.
- Meet and exceed quarterly quotas within the growth territory.
- Drive revenue by connecting with customers and building opportunities that will make all parties more successful.
- Work to develop and circulate a set of best practices that will be the foundation of this growing team.
- Listen to the needs of the market and share them with the Product and Marketing team.
- Approach the role with a growth-oriented, learning, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Introducing VidMob products and services to new and past clients who respond to marketing campaigns.
- Maintain credibility and relationships with decision makers who do not show a current interest in our product line, but may need our solutions in the future.
- Ability to simultaneously manage a high volume of opportunities.
- Work with multiple internal client service members to ensure that the customer experience is seamless.
Qualifications :
- Strong background of driving revenue growth and positioning competitive differentiators.
- 2 to 6 years of professional sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Expert communication skills, verbal and written.
- Proven history of overachieving quota and accurately forecasting in a high-growth company .
- Demonstrated ability to source, manage and close high-level business-to-business sales.
- Ability to assess customer challenges, align solutions and position value.
- Ability to build consensus among multiple, cross-functional decision makers and influencers in a single company.
- Salesforce Lightning, Outreach and LinkedIn Navigator experience a plus.
- Previous sales methodology training a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
