We are a rapidly growing next-generation Accounting firm, focused on service and driven by technology! We are looking for someone to join our entity department, that will build relationships with entrepreneurs and small and medium businesses.
Location: Saint Petersburg, FL
Responsibilities:
This individual will be responsible for:
- Bringing on new customers to our platform
- Onboarding new customers and managing their initial relationship with the firm
- Education, development, and thought leadership for customers
- Acting as a liaison between the 1-800Accountant Sales and Accounting teams
You will be asked to deliver extraordinary end-to-end experiences on behalf of 1-800Accountant to small-business owners.
- Drive complex deals from initial contact through close within a fast-paced environment
- Entity formation fulfillment, data collection and filing for new business entities
- Zero error goal
- Timely and responsive
- Build upon existing sales playbooks to implement and manage sales strategies
- Understand our customers priorities, challenges, and internal roadmaps; regularly communicate insights and strategic recommendations to 1-800Accountant product stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Accounting, Marketing) to identify and implement growth opportunities
- Deliver value-added presentations via phone with customers to build rapport, gain trust, and communicate value
- Design and implement strategies and processes that will enable us to scale our Account Executive team and increase our velocity as a team
Requirements:
- Sales experience working with small business or accounting firms is highly preferred, but if you have the will and confidence to learn we will teach you.
- Strong operational background and a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Superior communication skills, in both verbal and written form, and particularly within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across a wide variety of functions
- Ability to execute on and deliver complex operational projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong agency and autonomy—we love folks who embrace ambiguity in a fast-moving organization, and can thrive with higher responsibilities
- Proficient with business management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Suite, etc.)

Compensation: Annual Base Salary plus commission
