Account Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer retention, revenue growth, and expansion of product adoption.
- Execute daily tasks in concert with Account Management, Sales and Yield teams
- Ability to support Account Management Team, responding to frequent demands of multiple customers - both internal and external
- Own day-to-day process for various functions, consisting of but not limited to data analytics for performance, forecasting, and optimizing campaigns programmatically towards client KPIs
- Exceptional at effectively managing a high volume of accounts and products
- Work cross-functionally to meet partner needs and grow the partnership
- Accommodate core partner needs and the impact/value of meeting those needs
- Execute advertiser insights framework, and work to develop and share these insights internally
- At least 1-3 years of digital media, or other advertising experience and knowledge of online ad serving, with mobile advertising as a strong plus
- Ability to join a named account team and make an immediate impact
- Experience in Sales, cross-selling and upselling
- Ability to work with a global and remote team
- Ability to build rapport and grow relationships both via phone and in-person
- Very strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of advertiser monetization landscape and ad operations a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be flexible in regard to work hours to support Account Management in global markets
- Comfortable using large sets of data to craft a narrative that influences customer behavior
- Experience working in Excel, Google suite and Tableau is a plus
- Strong presentation skills, both online and in-person
