This is a client services role that provides key support to the Account Manager through the organization, planning, documentation, and task coordination. The right candidate will have the ability to take on increasing responsibility based on experience and demonstrated ability, including the opportunity to run designated accounts autonomously.

In order to be successful in this role, we advise candidates with 1-4+ years of relevant experience and a strong work ethic to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help organize files and materials in preparation for client meetings
  • Document important meeting notes, action items and next steps during client meetings and calls
  • Attend client meetings and actively participate in daily communication with clients
  • Own and execute administrative tasks for each account
  • Thoroughly complete project and task requests and submit to project management team
  • Communicate routinely with Project Manager(s) on task-specific timeframes and blockers to ensure quality and on-time delivery
  • Analyze performance data and contribute to report creation
  • Help maintain client strategy document(s), ensuring new information and/or changes are implemented in a timely manner
  • Organize documents within file management system
  • Review completed deliverables to check for accuracy, completeness and other QA requirements
  • Conduct research as necessary to support pitches, proposals and recommendations


Requirements

  • Excellent writing and grammatical skills; articulate when speaking and presenting
  • Ability to work both independently and in a cross-functional team environment
  • Play a role in supporting key client deliverables and ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget
  • Owns assigned work and understands the correlation with project outcomes
  • Takes initiative to innovate and solve problems without direct supervision and/or direction
  • Works on several customer projects at the same time, and must have the ability to constantly shift gears, solve problems, synthesize ideas, and listen to changing needs
  • Embraces thought-leadership by staying up-to-date on industry news, technology trends and best practices
  • Marketing, technology and/or creative agency experience is a plus
