The Wix Account Management team. We're focused on helping businesses find success through the Wix platform and business solutions. We grow fast, support each other, and are focused on continuous quality and improvement for both our clients and our teams.
We're looking for an Account Associate to work alongside our Account Management teams on increasing our current book of business, and work directly with users or professionals who use the Wix platform to create, design, or manage an online business.
You are:
A customer success or sales professional with at least 0-1+ year/s spent in an Account, BDR or SDR role, or relevant work experience. You're passionate about growing your professional career and focused on self-development and excellence. You're also an excellent verbal and written communicator.
Have a BA/BS degree? That's a bonus.
As an Account Associate on the Account Management team, you will:

• Serve as initial Wix touchpoint for qualified Wix users to build trust and establish a foundation for long-term relationship management with Account Managers
• Work cross functionally with Account Management teams in different sites
• Manage lead flow from CTAs, and drive growth within current Wix users
• Provide high-level pitches around Wix's business solutions
• Take ownership of User outreach via phone, email, texts, and more
• Help prioritize and engage with high-value Wix clients
• Be measured on execution of monthly goals

While the U.S. Wix team is WFH during Covid-19, at this time we are seeking NYC-based candidates who are able and willing to work on-site once we return to the office.
