Looking for a great entry-level role in a growing FinTech company?

The Account Administration Associate is responsible for setting up and maintaining client data throughout all Brinker Capital Operating systems. They are also responsible for establishing and maintaining Advisor data, including fee schedule information.

The Account Administration associate may also engage with various Brinker Capital departments to inform and direct regarding required documentation for all types of client requests.

What does this role entail?

  • Opens accounts and maintains client and account information in various systems
  • Sets up and maintains Advisor information in various systems
  • Establishes website and other system access for clients, advisors, and interested parties
  • Communicates and coordinates paperwork required for advisors to change broker-dealers, and ensures changes are made in all systems. Provides reporting on such changes.
  • Assists with establishing and maintaining third-party data aggregation as needed


Education and experience needed:

  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Orion Industry Certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in related roles preferred.
