The role of the Global Capgemini Engineering Partner Manager is to drive incremental Capgemini bookings and revenues with associated partners headquartered in North America.

Mission is to:
• Be a senior point of contact for executives and teams for the Digital Engineering & Manufacturing, 5G & Edge, Autonomous Automation and Data-Driven Research & Development for Life Sciences technology partner ecosystem • Have and build expertise in this technology partner ecosystem, including the products, sales organization/approach, services and partners• Possess an understanding of services sales and partner-based selling • Support and help strategically the Capgemini Market Unit, SBU/BU, GBL/ABL leaders to design their offerings/solutions and create bold Go-To-Market plans• Design and execute a governance model (including internal /external cadence meetings, quarterly business reviews and executive-to-executive meetings)• Utilize his/her excellent technical and relationship building skills in working with prospects, customers, vendors, partners and sales to ensure that solutions are successfully positioned to customers• Understand the various roles each stakeholder plays in the process. • Enable US sales and delivery teams via partner trainings and certification programs

This person will report to the Global Partner Executive for Capgemini Engineering partner portfolio. This position requires intense interactions with partner executive and their teams. This position will require flexible work schedule and frequent travel.

Key responsibilities
Increase our global bookings with Capgemini Engineering partners and enhance influenced revenues• Develop and execute a strategy and business plan to achieve business goals and targets• Design and drive high growth initiatives with joint partner/Capgemini solutions• Work with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies• Organize various business service lines to develop a winning solution for the client • Learn and articulate both Capgemini engineering product features/differentiation as well as Capgemini's ability to implement those technology solutions• Learn the Partner programs and how they can be leveraged to drive growth for Capgemini

Lead engagement in the field with Account Execs and Sales Execs, as well as all sales efforts from the partners prospective• Engage with Partners field sales organization to communicate our differentiation/capability and to identify target accounts to approach with the various digital engineering and manufacturing services offered by Capgemini • Work with our sector (industry) field sales professionals on targeting our install base and new logo accounts in different industries • Introduce Partner sales professionals to Capgemini sales professionals and building cadence around key activities/targets/accounts and programs • Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly / annual bookings targets • Participate in RFP/proposal responses (as part of the team) • Attend and drive client interactions at trade shows and conferences

Key Measurements• Incremental bookings driven by sell-with, growth initiatives and sell-to• Increase Capgemini's intimacy at all levels within the partner's organization • Success of QBRs and executive relationship management• Partner success measures - influenced revenues

Profile• Title: Global Partner Manager• Level: Strong Manager• Background: Alliance Management, Sales Management, Business Development Management, Management Consulting• Experience in partner management, business development• Proven track record in networking, relationship building and account management

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
