Iron Mountain is seeking a highly analytical Sales Support Specialist - French Speaking to join our Commercial Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for enabling revenue generation by providing high-quality operational support, acting as a trusted partner to commercial teams, and transforming complex data into actionable insights for decision-making. This role is critical in ensuring deal accuracy and streamlining the opportunity lifecycle for internal stakeholders worldwide.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Lead the creation, review, and management of complex pricing models, quotes, and contract documentation, ensuring both accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with sales, account management, and country teams to streamline processes, resolve operational bottlenecks, and support global training initiatives.
Develop and manage reports, presentations, and metrics dashboards to provide actionable insights for tracking Service Level Agreements (SLAs), deal progress, and pricing performance.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
Several years experience in sales support, commercial operations, or global deal management, preferably within a multinational or matrixed organization.
Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, to effectively support our commercial teams.
Proven ability to interpret, consolidate, and analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources, translating raw data into actionable insights and recommendations.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred, along with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis).
