Join our Healthcare Payments team on our Sales Strategy team supporting the Sales, Relationship Management and Commercialization teams. This dynamic role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in business management, project management, and financial analysis, offering the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, enhance business processes, and influence decision-making across the organization, contributing to our success and growth.
As a Sales Strategy Lead in Healthcare Payments, you will report directly to the Head of Healthcare Payments Revenue. You will demonstrate strategic thinking and be adept at managing executive ad-hoc requests, organizing complex information, and enhancing business processes. You will deliver data insights, make recommendations on business priorities, coordinate team activities, prepare executive communications, and leverage your expertise in Excel and PowerPoint to deliver compelling presentations. Your operational experience will be key in delivering insightful reporting packages and driving strategic initiatives that add value across the organization. Additionally, you will support special projects and represent the Head of Healthcare Payments Revenue's needs as appropriate, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
- Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques
- Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and sales managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for executive communications, town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions
- Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint and MS Teams
- Prepares thorough meeting agendas, gathers necessary data and insight, and forms strategic plans for next steps
- Leverages operational experience, data tools, and insights to deliver reporting packages and present business results in an effective and efficient manner
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in strategy, project management, financial analysis, business management, or sales operations
- Proactively motivated and agile self-starter with excellent project management and prioritization skills
- Expertly skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships, driving the agenda and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams
- Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations, data insights and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and quantitative skills; aptitude to deliver reporting and projects and act autonomously. Commitment to ownership, accountability, and transparency; strong judgment and ability to handle confidential/sensitive information
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to develop and deliver executive level summaries
- Proven Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and proficiency in CRM Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related area
- Experience in the payments industry, with a focus on healthcare payments.
