The Alpega Group is looking for a Inside Sales Representative for Spain. This role will be part of the Sales team of Road Heroes and is based in Catalonia.

Road Heroes is Alpega Group’s digital platform designed to connect truck drivers with transport companies across Iberia. ABOUT THE ROLE
- You have at least 1 year of experience in sales, including cold calling, emailing, prospecting, and negotiating.
- You are capable of handling the full sales cycle from first interaction to signature of the deal.
- Success in this role is defined by new customers brought in and the revenue they generate.
- Your KPIs will be the new customers you can acquire, monthly revenue generated, and number of daily calls.
- Support and advise our clients to help them develop their business.
- Track all relevant activity in our CRM tool (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with your team and other departments to follow the strategy and sales process and to share best practices.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU
- A bachelor's degree (or proven hands on experience)
- At least 1 years of experience working in B2B sales (service or software oriented ideally)
- Native Spanish
- Fluent English (Portuguese is ideal but not mandatory)
- Experience with Salesforce (ideal but not mandatory)
- Experience cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals.
