Job Description
What you'll be doing:
In this role, you will be answering inbound calls from everyday customers, representing and promoting a broad range of Telstra products and services. You'll provide expert advice, tailoring recommendations to each customer's individual needs and lifestyle. Effective communication will be key as you empathize with and understand customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience. Additionally, you'll be expected to confidently handle and de-escalate any customer grievances. Flexibility with working hours will also be required to ensure that Telstra is available to support customers when they need assistance the most.
