  • Ha hovedansvaret for salg og utvikling av Car Channel og Retail i ditt distrikt.

As a Sales Representative – Norway, you will be Goodyear’s primary ambassador in your district, responsible for driving development and growth in Car Channel and Retail. What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of sales development and performance in Car Channel and Retail within your district.
  • Achieve sales and financial objectives while nurturing long-term B2C customer relationships.
  • Build and expand a strong customer portfolio, onboarding new clients and developing existing accounts.
  • Plan and coordinate activities to maximize sales opportunities and promote Goodyear’s premium products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the Norwegian and Nordic Consumer organization to ensure consistent execution.
  • Travel within your district as needed to support customer engagement and business growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in car trading, retail, or customer portfolio development.
  • Strong customer focus and service-oriented mindset.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and flexible with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver’s license.
