Job Description

Reports to: Sales Operations Manager - Türkiye

The Role:

You will support a business unit sales team, who are selling across different regions, multiple brands (products/events), and customers. Sales Operations is a pivotal new function within the business, providing structured sales administration, Salesforce (CRM) support, data analysis, reporting, and information entry support to Sales teams.

You will have knowledge and understanding of the Sales systems such as Salesforce and provide support in the set-up and management of Sales Pipelines within Salesforce.

Furthermore, you will assist in the management of data quality, accuracy, and consistency for the business unit, whilst also being on hand to support specific business unit reporting or analysis requirements.

Whilst you will support business unit sales teams, you will also be on hand to support Marketing, Operations and Customer Service teams, with data list pull requests and reporting needs.

You will be supporting various events across the EMEA region and may require flexibility in working hours at certain times of the year. Additionally, there may be opportunities for travelling to various events to support with onsite duties.

CRM Management

  • Manage and update Salesforce (CRM) and associated Sales order processing tools with sales contracts.
  • Providing the forms (text) for sales, stand upsells, promo opportunities, catalog, stand sharing forms for the online customer tools, and contract creation.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Experts (SME) on Salesforce business process for sales teams.
  • Supports the product setup (events, sponsorship, digital, and print).
  • Develop methods and tools that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales operations.

Floor Plan management

  • It is the responsibility of this role to ensure that the floor plan of events is kept up to date at all times. Constantly communicate with the Sales teams and Operations team regarding floor plan. (drawing, editing etc.).

Sales support

  • Assist with administrative activities in support of forecasting, preparing presentations for budget and strategy meetings.
  • Key liaison point with Customer Service and Operations team for customer data and event floor plan queries.
  • Process Agent / Pavilion contracts and all Marketing Solutions contracts (complex contracts).

Qualifications

    Qualities needed for the role

    • Min 1-2 years of relevant professional experience after B.Sc or M.Sc.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Proactively identifies gaps and opportunities for improvement in processes.
    • Proactive and self-motivated.
    • Well organized and good time management.
    • Interpersonal skills, confident personality, high level of enthusiasm.
    • Proven ability to work under pressure.

    Skills required

    • Ability to proactively handle and respond to queries from internal customers.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

    Desired 

    • Experience in working with Salesforce CRM.
    • Previous experience in the B2B / B2C events industry.
    • Experience with Expocad, A2Z or similar floor plan.
