Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our growing Sales Operations Team. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales Operations & Systems, this role will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity on key projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GTM processes, technical proficiency in Salesforce, and familiarity with other GTM tools. This role will provide critical business process support for our current CRM (Salesforce) and contribute to our large-scale Quote to Cash transformation projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) and the GTM Systems team, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment with GTM Systems and development teams. Drive standardization of Quilt’s documentation practices.
- Salesforce Administration and Support: Gain a strong technical understanding of our Salesforce environment to support configurations, troubleshoot issues, and assist with training and documentation.
- GTM Tools Familiarity: Leverage knowledge of GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dealhub CPQ, DocuSign, Avalara, Gong, RingDNA, RingCentral, Hubspot, Qualtrics, etc.) to enhance integrations, streamline workflows, and provide insights for system improvements.
- Process Optimization: Conduct regular audits and analyses to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, data integrity, and enhanced reporting.
- Data Quality and Integrity: Support initiatives to maintain and improve data hygiene and controls within Salesforce and GTM tools, ensuring accurate and actionable data across all systems.
- Project Coordination: Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project outcomes that align with company goals.
- User Training and Support: Develop and deliver user training, creating documentation and guides to support self-sufficiency and best practices across departments.
What you’ll need:
- Minimum of 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst or related role working within Salesforce. A plus if from a GTM or Sales Operations environment.
- Technical knowledge of Salesforce, including data management, reporting, and basic administration (Salesforce Admin or Salesforce Business Analyst certification is a plus).
- Experience with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Dealhub CPQ, DocuSign, Avalara, Gong, RingDNA, RingCentral, Hubspot, Qualtrics.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose actionable insights.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
- Ability to understand and map business processes, with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement and scalability.
