Responsibilities:
- Own the Salesforce.com reporting, and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions and sales performance improvement insights
- Manage the forecasting process from reporting to direct sales engagement
- Ensure a high level of data integrity and alignment with consistent global standards and procedures within our CRM and sales tools
- Assist sales organization teams in executing customers and prospect outreach in outbound campaigns
Requirements:
- BA, BS in Business or Finance, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years in sales operations or similar experience
- Salesforce.com experience with proficiency in reporting and dashboards including custom report types, dynamic dashboards and dashboard filters
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical and communication (oral and written) skills
- Previous international business exposure
- Global SaaS and B2B experience preferred
