Step into the role of Sales Operations Senior Associate and shape our VIP sales strategies to measure and boost sales performance and streamline operations. Working cross-functionally, you'll enhance our systems and tools, gather requirements and feedback, and design best practice solutions. You'll manage multiple projects across our VIP teams to optimize effectiveness and efficiency throughout the organization.
What You'll do as Sales Operations Senior Associate

  • Create, document, and implement new sales processes and solutions across the VIP organization's tech stack.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure day-to-day operations are aligned with business goals.
  • Assist in the day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of the VIP Team's processes, tools and users.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate and optimize the sales technologies for enhanced productivity.
  • Utilize data to derive insights into sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform diligent testing, training, and process documentation to ensure robust user adoption.


What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Enablement, or a similar field.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize accordingly, based on the needs of the business.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), SQL, and Snowflake.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business challenges and solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $68,400.00 - $102,600.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
