We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to support Annual Planning initiatives and strategic programs for our Sales and Go-to-Market teams.
- Work on strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue and sales productivity
- Work with the global sales management team to enhance business understanding and achievements
- Partner with Finance and leadership to manage annual Sales plan, including territory planning, quota and compensation modeling and capacity modeling for Sales, Sales Engineers, and Channel partners
- Provide recommendations and actions, based on strategic objectives, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Develop bottoms up pipeline targets and calculators to assist in tracking and attainment of sales KPIs
- Perform ad-hoc analysis across multiple data sets and tools
- Develop targeted and strategic cross functional sales programs using first and third party data
- Develop a cadence with GTM teams to review KPIs and drive outcomes as a team
- 4+ years of experience in a Sales Operations Analyst role within the Saas industry. Cyber Security experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Word
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software. Salesforce experience is a must
- Excellent documentation management and presentation skills.
