About the role:
We are looking for a Sales Operation Executive that will Deliver an exceptional level of customer satisfaction for operation related tasks and will act as customer’s point of contact for all service related issues.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily order loading and quote activity, including any electronic order processing

To support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets

Priorities own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved

Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution

Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales

Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager
