The Role:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Corporate Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and accelerate growth across the APAC region. In this regional leadership role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio across ANZ, India, and emerging markets-driving new logo acquisition, expanding key enterprise relationships, and enabling long-term embedded software partnerships.
You will shape and execute territory strategies, guide your team through complex commercial and integration-oriented sales cycles, and collaborate closely with senior leadership, Product, Marketing, and Legal to support scalable, multi-year customer engagements. Your ability to lead with clarity, develop strong talent, and navigate sophisticated enterprise deal environments will be essential to our continued expansion.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing and inspiring a high-performance sales team across ANZ, India, and broader APAC.
  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Design and implement territory and account strategies that expand market presence across enterprise and commercial segments, including complex OEM and integration-driven opportunities.
  • Foster a High-Performance Culture: Cultivate an inclusive, accountable, and results-driven culture, ensuring clarity of expectations, strong pipeline discipline, and team alignment with company priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance to refine value propositions, shape customer narratives, and support scalable deal structures that support long-term partnerships.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of sales professionals, providing coaching that strengthens strategic selling, negotiation capability, and operational rigor.
  • Build Long-Term Relationships: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers by thoroughly understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver accurate forecasts, territory reviews, and pipeline analyses to senior leadership, highlighting risks, commercial insights, and regional opportunities.
  • Market & Commercial Expertise: Stay current on regional trends, competitive shifts, and evolving customer usage patterns to guide strategic decisions and help shape product and licensing motions.
  • Deal Governance & Execution:
    Develop and enforce strong processes for qualification, multi-threading, pricing proposals, and contractual reviews, ensuring predictability and commercial integrity throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a sales management role, ideally within the PDF SDK or software API market.
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets while building repeatable, scalable sales motions across multiple regions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels of an organization, including executive leadership and technical decision makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead full sales cycles-from territory and account strategy through contract structuring and deal closure-in enterprise and commercial environments.
  • Experience managing complex commercial structures such as OEM agreements, usage-based licensing, or multi-year enterprise partnerships, with the ability to guide teams through nuanced negotiation frameworks.
  • Ability to interpret customer requirements and long-term product usage patterns, translating them into actionable account strategies and predictable revenue outcomes.
  • Proven success in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams, with a focus on field readiness, negotiation capability, and operational discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring sales teams to achieve consistent, high-level performance.
  • Strong process-driven approach to managing sales opportunities and maintaining CRM data integrity.
  • Solid understanding of PDF SDK technologies and/or developer-centric products, including application patterns, integration models, and competitive landscape dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, challenge, and influence executive-level stakeholders to drive complex opportunities forward.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate high-pressure deal environments, resolve ambiguity, and lead teams through intricate commercial and contractual scenarios.
