About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales activities across Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-customer sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing key accounts and channel partnerships within the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive direct sales and channel partnerships to achieve sales and revenue targets in ANZ.
  • Identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities for Adtran solutions, including business case and revenue modeling.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans for allocated accounts/region.
  • Maintain and grow key customer relationships.
  • Manage sales processes including forecasting, reporting, and product loan planning.
  • Deliver customer presentations at technical, commercial, and management levels.
  • Develop and support channel and partner strategies to extend Adtran’s market reach.
  • Provide market feedback to Product Management and Business Development teams.
  • Support product lifecycle activities and cross-regional sales efforts.
  • Participate in regional marketing events and support solution development partnerships.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years’ experience in telecommunications sales and/or business development in ANZ.
  • Proven track record selling complex technical solutions to Carrier, Enterprise, and Mobile customers. Experience in Utilities, Defence, Mining, or Renewable Energy sectors is a plus.
  • Strong experience in establishing and managing channel and partner relationships.
  • Solid knowledge of Ethernet, Optical Networking, Mobile Infrastructure, PON, and Broadband networks.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience servicing accounts such as Telstra and Vocus is highly regarded.
