What will I be doing?

  • Lead FX negotiations with existing Money Remittance, Financial Services merchants to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Work closely with the internal Trader team to align on market strategies, pricing, and execution
  • Provide clients with insights and updates on FX market trends, movements, and forecasts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of FX transactions and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and developments
  • Manage and report on sales performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability

What skills do I need?

  • Strong understanding of local FX markets
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Strong business development & negotiation skills / experience
  • Understanding and or experience of cross-border payments
  • Analytical and logical approach to problem-solving
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
